Warranty Policy & Claims Process
Warranty Policy
holster warrants to the end customer that the product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of three months. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase. The end customer’s original purchase invoice or credit card receipt, showing the date of purchase of the product is the proof of the purchase date. This proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issues.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accident
- improper care
- negligence
- normal wear and tear or
- the natural breakdown of colours or materials over extended time in storage.
holster will accept authorised in-store returns of defective product no more than 1.5 years of age from date of invoice/dispatch of the goods.
Warranty Claim Process
Should you receive, or wish to place a warranty claim for a faulty or damaged item, please email wholesale@holsterfashion.com with photos of the shoes (top, bottom and fault) and the following information:
- Style:
- Colour:
- Size:
- Faulty New/Worn:
- Purchase Date/Proof of Purchase:
- Reason:
- Require Credit or Replacement?:
We will then investigate and if approved, we will issue you a replacement or a credit note. If you choose a credit, we will send you a credit note which you can apply to whichever invoice you wish.
